In past called Celebes, Sulawesi is a splendid island from the unusual form that remembers an octopus with four long peninsulas that contain three great gulfs, Bone, Tolo and Tomini. Its so particular conformation allows the visitor to always enjoy of different landscapes that go from the rice-field in terraces, to the solitary beaches, from the steep mountains to the impenetrable forests, from the coral islands of dream to the ample lakes light blue.
